Ask
Once you arrive, you will ring the doorbell to be let in by a front desk staff member. They will ask you a few quick questions and ask that you provide your photo ID and insurance. If you do not have insurance, we will work with you to help cover the cost of your abortion. Learn more about paying for your abortion here.
Next, you’ll take a seat in our waiting room until a health care staff member comes to get you.
We’ll bring you back to an exam room, where we’ll determine the goals of your visit, answer any questions you have, and go over your medical history. We may run some lab tests and ultrasound services if needed.
You may receive a medication abortion or an in-clinic abortion depending on a few factors, including how far along you are in your pregnancy. You can learn more about these procedures here.
